Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
You will receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, there is a $5.99 flat rate.

Delayed or missing package? Check your tracking info first, then contact us if it’s been more than 7 business days beyond the expected delivery date.
Wrong address entered? Contact us immediately! We’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once it’s processed.

Include your order number and photos of the damaged item/package for a speedy resolution.
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@optimalprimates.com with your order number and reason for return.
